Présence Privée provides private home stewardship services for absent owners in Boulogne-Billancourt and Paris 16: scheduled home visits, visit reports, mail handling, coordination with third-party providers, pre-arrival preparation and, where expressly included in the mission, visual checks of annexes attached to the property.

Annexes may include cellar, box, parking space, parked vehicle, chambre de bonne or service room, only when expressly included in the mission.

Présence Privée does not provide private security, guarding services, property management, seasonal rental management, direct housekeeping, direct works, pet care, or handling of jewellery, cash, safes or high-value items.

Présence Privée benefits from the French VAT exemption regime.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps at the request of the person concerned or, where applicable, the legitimate interest of Présence Privée in responding to incoming requests.

Recipients of the data are Présence Privée and, where necessary for the operation of the website or the processing of the request, its technical providers: Tally for forms, OVHcloud for email services and Netlify for website hosting.

Requests not followed by a contractual relationship are kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact, unless deletion is requested or a legal obligation requires otherwise.
